Q: Where can a Millbrook player try out for AAA?
A: AAA begins at the U10 age division, and Millbrook players are eligible to first try out for AAA in Peterborough.
Q: What paperwork does a player need to try out for AAA?
A: Players first need to pre-register with MDMHA, and then obtain a Permission to Skate (PTS) form from MDMHA. To obtain a PTS, please complete the
PTS Request Form on the MDMHA website. In addition, the player will also have to register for the AAA tryouts directly (i.e. Peterborough).
Q: What if a player is cut from Peterborough AAA? Can they try out for another AAA zone?
A: Yes, if a Millbrook player is cut from Peterborough AAA, they can try out for another AAA zone if desired. In which case, another PTS form is required.
Q: When will I be able to pre-register with MDMHA?
A: Online pre-registration will be open in early April, via the Registration page on the MDMHA website. We will ensure that there is sufficient time to pre-register and obtain a PTS in advance of AAA tryouts.

Q: Where can a Millbrook player try out for AA?

Q: Can a player try out for an A team at a AA Centre (e.g. Peterborough or Northumberland)?
A: Non-resident players are
not eligible to try out for an A team at a AA Centre, per OMHA Regulations. So, they cannot try out for Peterborough A or Northumberland A, since those are both AA centres.
Q: Can a Millbrook player try out for AA and A?
A: No, players are only entitled to one (1) NRP Passport per season. The NRP passport can be used to try out for a AA team, or an A team, but not both.
