• The registration deadline is August 15th @ 11:59PM.
• A $200 late fee will be implemented for all returning player registrations not paid in full by August 15th, unless alternative arrangements are made with the MDMHA Treasurer.
• Payment must be made via credit card or e-transfer only.  Any e-transfers must be sent to [email protected].

If you’re a new player the following must be completed before your player steps on the ice.

• Respect In Sport.  The one-time fee is not covered by the MDMHA Registration fee.
• All new registrations must upload a copy of the players birth certificate into the player's Spordle account.
• Residential proof will also be required to be uploaded into the player's Spordle account when you sign up for MDMHA for the first time. Without this, your registration will not be complete. Residential proof is a copy of a parents drivers license that matches the address in Spordle.

As in previous years, MDMHA is offering a sibling discount for families who have multiple children registered.  Details will be providing during the registration process.

Failure to provide payment will result in players not being rostered to a team until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full. In addition, all ice privileges will be suspended until arrangements are made to replace outstanding fees.

 

Parent Information

Please note that all participants are expected to participate in any MDMHA-led fundraising activities during the season.  Fundraising is a very important aspect of keeping the registration cost down for all players.

MDMHA will be offering supplementary hockey programming ('Skills' and 'Hockey School') as in previous years.  The details of these programs will be provided later in the summer.

Jerseys must be purchased by players for all representative teams at all levels and for all Local League players U9 and up.  Details on the jersey ordering process will be posted to the Equipment page of the MDMHA website in the summer, after details have been finalized with Imprinted Apparel.

Jersey numbers are not guaranteed.  If there is a conflict in jersey numbers, the jersey number is awarded to the major year player or the player with the most years seniority with MDMHA.

Refund Policy

MDMHA will provide players until Oct 1st to request a refund.  Any refunds will be prorated based upon available ice time to the point of cancellation and a $50 administrative fee shall apply to any and all refund requests on top of any direct costs incurred by the Association on behalf of the player. Any requests received after Oct 1st must prove extenuating circumstances (such as but not limited too a major injury or surgery requirement) and be approved by the board and will also be subject to proration as above should the board approve the withdrawal from play as well as the $50 administrative fee.
