If you'd like to coach a team in the 2010/2011 season please fill out a MDMHA Coaching Application and return to Ken Thomas (his address is on the form). Coaching interviews will take place the week of August 30th.

Early Registration

Early registration table will be available at the year-end banquet.

Early registration will include payment plan of June 1, July 1, August 1, Sept 1 – All money due by Sept 1 or late fee of $25.

In person registration

In person registration will take place at the Millbrook Arena one day only – Sunday, August 22, 2010, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
