National Sports discount cards

MDMHA Equipment Manager Jill Szilagyi has a quantity of the current National Sports discount cards available. They have coupons for purchasing hockey equipment and reduced pricing for skate sharpening until the end of January 2012. If you are interested in obtaining a card please contact Jill at: equipment@millbrookhockey.com. She will also be at the Millbrook Arena August 22nd from 8:00 until 9:30 if people would like to drop by the arena at that time. (She will be with the ball hockey wrap-up banquet upstairs.)

In-person Registration

Completed registration forms and cheques may be handed in at the AGM.

A registration table will be available at the year-end banquet, April 10th, 2011 @ The Golden Wheel.

In person ONE day only - Wednesday June 15, 2011 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Millbrook Lion's Den.

Early registration can include a payment plan of April 1, May 1, June 1, July 1, August 1, Sept 1 – All money due by June 25th or late fee of $50 will be assessed.
